About me
MENTOR & CATALYST
I lost myself many times in my life, because I followed directions that were never mine.
I learned to read my own patterns, understand the signals of my body, work with nervous system capacity and reclaim my integrity in moments when it would have been easier to escape.
I had to understand my truth before I could understand my role.
And this ability — to connect truth, capacity and identity — is the foundation of my work.
I believe a woman is meant to live from her sovereignty, and when she returns to it, she stops acting from chaos.
She awakens not only her own strength, but also the environment around her.
I believe that when a woman returns to Herself, she reconnects with her source — and from there rises creativity, wisdom, love and life-force that transforms not only her, but the world she touches.
A woman is the one who carries the community, the one from whom wisdom flows, and the one to whom it always returns.I am no master nor guru, but i believe that the lessons that repeatedly come back are those that create the opportunity to share the learnt wisdom with those that meet us later on the journey.
